Also, patrons often miss picking up their physical requests and we have no way of looking at the history of that cancelled request on their patron record (for example, to say "your item arrived on __date, was on the hold shelf until ___date so we had to give it to the next patron in line"). The Requests tab on Manage Patron Services only displays current requests. There should be an option for All Requests like in the Returns tab. And then an anonymization rule to set how long cancelled/completed request information is kept in your institution. Currently once a request is over (for whatever reason: completed, cancelled, expired), the information is completely gone.
