If this works as Andrew has described, it definitely needs to be streamlined. If I had any votes available, I would add one.
Here is a video about the purchase request workflow, but it says nothing about processing staff having to edit the citation to trigger a request: https://www.youtube.com/embed/zRyguZ18kfI

I agree that this would be a help, especially for library staff.

This would be a useful addition. Uploaded files prompt different questions than repository items.

May be the same as #44771968. I support a robust, flexible search.

This seems similar to #44754829. The internal search should be robust and forgiving--without the need for an enhancement request.

This would be very helpful as means of communicating with instructors as a group. We should not have to depend on a custom Alma letter or extracting email addresses from Analytics as we are doing now.

I agree that list selection in Primo needs to be improved. We need this to work well because the library search in Leganto is really only suitable for known items.

Thank you, Cindy, for posting. We also ran into this problem several months ago and were told last month that the note would be added to documentation. I'm glad to see it's there now, but this gap in functionality remains a significant problem.
