    In H1 2025 we will add the option to see a preferred link as part of the NERS development cycle. The preferred link will be the one that is used for the "view online" link from the brief/list view and it will display first in the full view. Therefore, we will assume this idea is for the option to re-order all of the links, which is not part of the NERS request
