    I regret that I only have but one vote to give to this. We also have a consortium with most of the libraries easily accessible to each other, but two are not. This would help us craft more flexible TOUs to serve our users.

    I remember being confused by this in the Alma certification training. It's like the item was recalled even though it wasn't.
