    This specific alert can be turned off using the parameter create_task_for_published_list under list management > settings.

    Can you explain on which conditions you use this functionality? And which problem will it solve?

    We are looking into this idea but want to better understand the use case. Can you share a few specific examples of situations where you need to assign a reading list to multiple people at the same time? We want to make sure we understand both the workflows you need to support and what the impact of being able to assign a list to multiple people would be.

    We are exploring options for this idea. The priority of the results is set by either Primo or Summon, so we cannot simply show the newest edition first unless the discovery ranking changes. However, we could potentially develop an option using the Questions feature in which the system could recognize that the instructor has added something which has other editions. The library could then configure a question for the instructor to understand if they want that edition, any edition, or the newest edition, for example. Would this help meet the need?

    November release includes feature where instructor must fill in some details (upon configuration) about the citation added.

    We are considering adding a field to the course record in Alma, reportable in Analytics, for the faculty/school. It could be used for reporting purposes but not for discovery purposes. In other words, you would be able to pull list usage by faculty/school, but end users would not be able to browse by faculty/school. Would it still be helpful?
