Assign citation tasks to others
Tasks in the reading list tasklist have a "Reassign" option, but this isn't available for tasks in the citation tasklist.
Some of our tasklists are for specific functionalities, but others might be either a copyright request or a short loan request - these are dealt with by different teams. Our copyright person needs to be able to work through the list and assign a task to herself if it's copyright-related, but also to assign a task to a short-loan person if it's for them. (And vice versa.) This would let her clear her own view of the list so it's easy to tell what's new.

It makes sense to expand this functionality to all Leganto-related task lists (or all task lists in general perhaps!).
