Due dates synchronized with the calendars of libraries
We noticed that Rapido does not consider closing periods entered in the calendar of the library. The due dates of Rapido requests are therefore not based on that calendar, while the due date of the loaned temporary item is. Consequently, a mismatch occurs, which in addition interferes with the renewals.
We would like:
1. Rapido considers the closing periods entered in the library calendar in Alma.
2. Rapido synchronises the borrowing and lending requests due dates.

Currently this is not planned. Thank you for this submission.

Dear all,
We would like to clarify that this idea was changed to planned at some point by mistake and then set to closed after a review.
In Rapido the requested change is something that doesn’t completely align with the pod terms architecture and we don’t foresee this happening in the short future.
We closed the idea since we don’t want to keep your points for something that we think might not happen or that is not planned now. Our objective is to give visibility on the feasibility of this request. We thank you for your input and great ideas.
Best regards,

Dear Meghan,
We would really appreciate it if you could explain, why this idea went from PLANNED to CLOSED despite being one of the topmost ideas.

I think this should be treated as a bug, not a feature request.

Dear Meghan
Could you please post more information about why it changed from Planned to not planned?
