How can we improve RefWorks?

Warning that a reference is already in Refworks when import it

I would be great, if Refworks detects duplicates while I import references. RefWorks could ask: "This is already in your RefWorks database. Do you want to import it anyway?"

    It's very useful for librarian's work, when importing references.

    Please let me know when reference about duplicates are improved.
    If a data base is 'too' large and 'unworkable', it n/n improvement.

    This option was in the Legacy version and very very useful (after Import you get the question "check for duplicates"). So I guess not difficult to return it.

    The lack of this option "clots" the database very quickly to become too large and unworkable.
    It is very time consuming and you need an administration on paper when doing this by hand
