  1. Being able to display a message to all users when they login

    We made changes to one of our institutional styles and I wanted to have a message show to all users when they login. I am sure there are other things we would want to alert them to changes we have made to RefWorks. Messages could display until the user dismisses them.

  2. Customizable Log-in page for New RefWorks

    In Legacy RefWorks, admin can customize log-in page. We want this function taken over to New RefWorks.

  4. Add Notification Function for Changing Email Address

    Admins need the notification when a user changes his/her email address in order to check the email address domain or other things.

  5. RefWorks Statistics - referencing/citation style being used

    If possible please include stats on what referencing/citation style our users are using in refworks (and if possible in WnC).

    Reasons : to help us have a better idea of what our users are actually using and catch those areas using other styles that we are aware of.

  6. Enable stats at folder level

    Enable stats at the folder level. If we make a folder of citations public, we can see how many view the folder. This would be really helpful!

    At this point, we would have to use a link manager, like Bitly to count views. Having to add another platform, such as Bitly, to support our RefWorks-related needs is not ideal.

  9. Add "Last Month" short cut in Refworks Analytics

    In the RefWorks Analytics interface in Admin, the default option for time is "This month", "This year", "Last 12 month" and "Custom". It would be very convenient to add an option for "Last Month".

  10. Include ISSN/ISBN in Publication admin analytics

    Add ISSN/ISBN column to the reports when downloaded. This will better enable librarians to use this data to analyze their collections, a common reason for having these reports at all. This may cause splintering of counts if users imported different ISNs for the same title (especially print vs e) but it would be worth that side effect to have the data. If you can provide separate print and e columns that would be ideal.

  11. It would be helpful if we could hide certain fields for manual input of references. Either that or make the default forms simpler.

    It would be helpful if we could hide certain fields for manual input of references. Many of the fields are not used on a regular basis. Could we have the option of moving fields to the "Add More Fields" button?
