Metadata from Database Link Resolver into the Resource Sharing request form
Allow more metadata from Database Link Resolver into the Resource Sharing request form to ensure the library staff can more easily fulfill the request and patrons are well-informed through notifications of the exact item they have requested - for example a specific chapter from a multi-chapter book written or edited by someone other than the chapter's author. Having the Book Title, Chapter Title, Book Editor/Author, and Chapter Author would be helpful especially for our faculty patrons.

AI Powered Smart Research Assistant for Better Search and Discovery
It would be very useful if Summon added an AI powered “Smart Research Assistant” feature that helps users refine searches automatically. The system could suggest better keywords, related academic topics, citation recommendations, and summarized previews of research papers based on the user’s search intent. This would save time for students and researchers while making the platform more interactive and modern. A personalized dashboard showing recent searches, saved topics, and trending research fields could also improve the overall user experience significantly. DL saved records as CSV/Excel files
Currently, search results can be sent by email in CSV format, but saved records can only be exported to citation management tools or sent by email. It would be convenient if saved records could also be downloaded as CSV or Excel files.

Client Center: display whether databases use IEDL or OpenURL
Currently, there isn't a way for customers to see whether databases are using IEDL or Open URL. It would be really useful to know which one of the two a database uses.
If this can be implemented, IEDL should also show whether it has been switched on or off for you, as an individual customer. So, in short:

Chapter/article-level linking available at database level in Client Center
Currently, not all databases are provided with article/chapter-level linking for different reasons. The ones that have article/chapter-level linking, are added to the following page so customers can consult details:

2. the customer journey is not split into ExLibris documentation and Client Center,
3. customers don't need to raise a case to find out if the document above has been updated when info doesn't match,
4. the information on article/chapter-level linking is added to the database details as part of the article/chapter-level procedure followed by ExLibris (so all done as one procedure without the risk of forgetting to update the document above).The customer experience would greatly improve if this is implemented.

The ability to edit eBook title and publication year metadata in 360.
Is it possible to give customers/librarians the ability to edit certain eBook metadata (title, publication year) ourselves in order to improve match and merge functionality. We have so many duplicate records because the metadata from 360 and Summon poor, titles and/or publication year are wrong, leading it to not merge with our catalog record. Is it possible to give the control to the Librarians to edit that metadata to allow for less duplicate records without having to put in Support tickets all the time to fix titles and pub years?

Enhance Summon with Better API Testing Integrations
It would be helpful if Summon could integrate with modern API testing and developer tools to improve data integration and automation workflows. Many teams rely on tools like a postman alternative to automate API validation and improve reliability. We would be very grateful if you could consider adding a usage reporting feature for the Summon Research Assistant in the near future.
We noticed in your documentation that there is a daily threshold of 10,000 searches per institution:

Furthermore, having a way to see how frequently the tool is used would help us evaluate its impact and understand how it effectively assists our users in accessing materials.

Include alternative title fields for manually-uploaded titles in 360 client center
In the client center/Serials Solutions, titles that are uploaded manually (whether under an individual electronic publisher or under print institutional holdings) should include fields for alternative titles to facilitate searching and prevent users from reaching dead ends. In addition, an option should be included to omit letters/words when indexing so that titles starting with A/An/The are indexed properly. Fixing both of these issues would vastly improve the search experience for our users.

Create a Dashboard in Summon Admin Console
Currently the Listserv is the main method of communication. Email is great but customers get bombarded with emails every day and it's easy for information to get overlooked. It also requires users to proactively sign up for the listserv which requires them knowing it exists. Many sites see turnover and do not get proper training or information passed to them.
Creating a dashboard in the Summon Admin Console can improve communication from Clarivate to customers by sharing the information in multiple locations. There can be a recent announcement feed, accessible by Clarivate and the ELUNA Summon/360 Working Group. Another section could include upcoming release dates, a link to submit support cases, and links to training.
This would be the homepage for the Summon Admin Console that users land on when navigating to the page. It can live under the Settings tab or a seperate tab.

Make the widget builder a tab within settings
The widget builder is a tool that allows you to make widgets you can embed on pages for searches or displaying content through a carousel. This feature though is currently only available by going to an external link which means knowing it exists. It seems to be the only feature that is configured outside the summon admin console.
I suggest making a new tab in the Summon Admin Console for widgets or merging it with the chat widget. It can even be as simple as linking out to the existing page but I believe it would make the feature more discoverable to users if it was accessible via the admin console. To clarify, the current URL would still be available and unchanged.
The current "Enable Widgets Link" on the General tab would also be relocated.

Schedule end date and time for custom panels
Custom panels can be used to post announcements such as special hours or advertising events. These require the messages to be added or removed manually. It would be helpful to schedule when the post is persistent and when its disabled.

Enable the 'Person Info Card' feature in Summon.
