BibTeX export
Primo only offers one export file format for bibliographies: RIS
Unfortunately not all citation management tools directly support this file format. The users have to use conversion tools.
Therefore please add the very popular BibTeX export file format.

BibLaTeX is the next generation reference tool for LaTeX. Among other things it supports UTF8.
Even though the BibLaTeX package supports BibTeX format, it would be nice to be able to export the references in BiblaTeX format.
And then: You may use RIS-files with BibLaTeX also, see page 72 in
http://ctan.mirrorcatalogs.com/macros/latex/contrib/biblatex/doc/biblatex.pdf
