Collection Discovery tiles should display the pub dates of items
A pub date should appear on the tile even if there is no room for a long title and it would need to be abbreviated. Then, complete bibliographic citation information (at least title, author, publisher, date) should appear when the user mouses over the tile. Also, LC order to simulate a bookshelf browse would be nice.
Our plan is to use Collection Discovery to create collections of new and significant publications in the disciplines to encourage browsing. Providing just the book cover and title and not in LC order is limiting.

Might be worth merging this with https://ideas.exlibrisgroup.com/forums/308176-primo/suggestions/41120584-collection-discovery-tiles-should-display-the-pub (even though that one is asking for authors, if we get to choose which fields display then it would also cover dates).

I support this suggestion. It will help users to differentiate the items with the same titles, but different publication years.
