Incorrect citation formatting
Below is an email that I got from one of our reference librarians:
Here’s a citation issue, we’re coping with.
I expect you can’t fix this because it looks like a broad indexing issue, but can it be reported?
PROBLEM ONE (this affects MLA & APA & Chicago)
The Primo citations often include extra information, for example:
-- that it is a “report” or includes an “author abstract” or “Brief Article”
In these cases, it looks like it stems from Primo including too much info in the title field.
PROBLEM TWO (this affects only MLA)
Primo citations often include not just the name of the publication (needed in citations) but also publisher information (not needed in citations) -Example “Crain Communications Inc”
Gale & Ebsco citations are not always perfect, but they are better and do not tend to include unneeded info.

There are many potential root causes of this, but it depends on a number of factors.
Is this on Primo BO or Primo VE?
Are you using the out of the box EasyBib styles or the GitHub styles?
Is it an issue via records directly in Primo from PCI, or via the services page into Primo from an external source?
