Better display of subcategories in database-search in Primo
In the Database search in Primo, to show subcategories you have to click the little arrow in front of the top category. This is not intuitive for end users, and this is actually the feedback that we get most often.
It would be much better if clicking on a top category both did a search for records in this category and at the same time opened the subcategories.
This would enable the user to see all the databases in one category, and at the same time display the possibillity to narrow down to a subcategory if necessary.
I hope that you would consider this change to the DB-functionality (that we like very much).
Thank you for this suggestion. This enhancement is part of May release in both Primo and Primo VE release.

Wow! This submission picked up 212 votes in only 2 days, including my own.
Thanks for adding this, as I had a recently closed SalesForce case with exactly this issue, with a direction that this is an enhancement to current design. -

Please implement this change to the presentation of subcategories. It will significantly improve the chances of them being discovered by our users.
