Ability to load citation styles written in Citation Style Language
Three of the most popular reference managers (Zotero, Mendeley, Papers) accept new citation styles written in Citation Style Language (http://citationstyles.org/developers/) without needing developer intervention to add them. If Primo's action let each library customize which citation styles they would prefer that would be a huge boost to both Primo's functionality and open standards.
Primo now supports Citation Style Language (CSL).
You can now manage and include additional citation style languages, which are stored in GitHub’s CSL Style Repository

Before you use your votes on this issue, it seems, even if no update has been given here, that "support for any citation style via CSL" is developed and "imminent for release"

Actually that would be great, as French customers, we have some local styles that we'd like to offer to our customers. Rather than reinventing the wheel, being able to load CSL files would be the best solution I believe.
The CSL website offers many different processors in various languages ( https://citationstyles.org/developers/#/csl-processors ) so Primo's developpers would not need to start from scratch.
I believe going with CSL would be better than offering a homemade way of customizing styles as I have seen in other ideas.
