Make zotero work with Primo
The old Primo UI worked very well with Zotero, but the new one doesn't. It would be very useful to have that functionality back.

This is completed for both Primo and Primo VE .

I'm sorry, I mean: do wo need to customize PRIMO to have Zotero available on it?

Do we need to customize Zotero in our local Primo installation to have Zotero available on the UI?

What is the timeline of this "Planned" option?

I would like to urge Ex Libris to work on this fix as a matter of urgency. This functionality is critical when studying / carrying out research.
I cannot download metadata from my university - University of York - or the British Library.
These are important sources!

Yes, please! I have observed the following issues with the Primo New UI and Zotero:
1. It only appears to detect journal articles, not books. Based on the discussion in the Zotero forum (see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/62924/new-primo-interface-and-zotero), it appears that CoINS are in articles (possibly stuff from the Primo Central Index) but not materials from the local Alma database.2. Journal titles (and possibly data in other fields) is truncated if it includes an ampersand. So citations from the journal Social Science & Medicine are imported into Zotero as Social Science.
The Primo UI should be designed to use standards like CoINS and should work with a tool like Zotero that is used by library users around the world.
