    Yes, please! Our patrons used that option frequently in our Voyager system.

    This was very popular in our Voyager system so our patrons miss it. It's odd that texting was not included as one of the tools in the full record view of Primo VE.

    If there's one reason why I'm grieving the loss of Voyager come Friday 30 October 2020, it's this ability to text call numbers to yourself or another user. No exaggeration: I use this function at least 3-4 times every working day (whether I'm in the office or at home), and I was dumbfounded to discover that Primo didn't have this function. And make this a priority, Ex Libris and CARLI, please.

    We migrated from Voyager to Alma this year, and we've had a couple of requests for the return of this feature.

    Patrons of the libraries in our consortium frequently used this functionality in our prior OPAC. They would use it if it were available in Primo VE as well.

    We had it in Voyager's WebVoyage and it's a heavily-used feature. We miss it very much.

    Yes! We have this feature in our current catalog and would love to have it when we transition to PrimoVE

    We ysed VUfind when we had Voyager and students loved being able to text the themselves the call number and location information. This would be a popular enhancement!

    there is some confusion about this feature request as well - there are instructions on how to configure SMS for the Primo system using clickatell (our university has an account with this SMS provider), but unfortunately, the action is not available in the new UI.
