Getit2 of PrimoCentral records lists irrelevant local resources (missing date check)
Records from Primo Central have a getIt2-Tab which lists print resources from local catalog for an article. The problem is that the publication date of the article and the listed resources do not match and therefore cause confusion. Think of an current article from a Journal and you get old volumes suggested from the library. Only print resources containing the article should be listed.
In other words: The function would be usable if the getit2 lists print resources with the same publication date.
Suppressing the get-it tab according to the documentation (http://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Knowledge_Articles/Remove_GetIT!_Tab_When_No_Print_Version%2C_Only_Electronic_Records_from_Alma) has no effect.
The issues were closed pointing us to file an "enhancement request". We sadly circumvent this by hiding the Tab via CSS, unless this would be a useful functionality if working as described above.

The Display Logic Rule "Hide service Resource Sharing Request with Availability by the institution = true" - is currently not sensitive to the volume/year information for the physical record, and may block another option for obtaining the resource.

I strongly support this old idea. Time and tabs in the UI go by but this need remains. The match with print journals is a wonderful feature, but unfortunately its implementation is poor. Here is a recent example in our catalogue: https://ubz-primo.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/permalink/f/urcfc9/TN_springer_jour10.1007/s40888-016-0034-2
We don't have the full-text, and we propose the print version of the journal. But we don't cover the needed year, thus making the patron confused.
If the year of publication and/or the issue could be considered as they are for the electronic version, that would be great.
