allow all fines (closed and open) to show in patron's library account online
Patrons can only see active fines in their library account, but they need to be able to see all closed and paid fines as well so they can review what has been charged to them and what they have already paid. This is key especially when fines are exported to the bursar office since those are marked as 'closed' and students can no longer review them!

We would love to have this implemented in Primo VE as well. We set up national-wide bursar service for members of our consortium. In our case the exported fees status changes to transferred. As result the patrons cannot verify their fines and fees when they later receive the invoice.
The ideal would be if users could filter through fees the same way it is available in Alma interface. The active and transferred fees should be shown by default.
