Keep search preferences between searches
We find it annoying that facet selections made in a search are lost when a new search is run. (In both Advanced and basic searches)
So for example if I select a library location or if I expand my results for one search, these settings are lost if I change my search terms.
We would like the selections to stay but with an easy way to clear them if desired.

Facets can be locked by now, at least in Primo VE.

Hi! We think it is great that this idea has been moved to planned.
Will it be possible to keep facets and the search itself from one Primo View to another?
This would certainly be useful.

This functionality is more or less available now. Can the votes be returned?

Retaining facets has a backend when next user try to search at same screen they may not discover the retaining facets. That's why I'm not sure this is a good solution.
