send eMail for logged in users only
Currently, Primo can be used to send spam via the sendTo in the details tab. Anyone can send a message to everyone. Sending E-Mail should be possible for loggedIn users only. Indeed, there is a google reCaptcha service, but activating it is yet not acceptable due to data protection policy issues of many universities.

Ability to save phone number in "my account"
I would love it if I could save my phone number in my account so I don't have to type it in every time to send a record to my phone.

Can Primo use a more automated fuzzy matching approach rather than requiring hard-coded alternatives or “did you mean”.
Our users are asking for alternate spellings. If you’re one letter off on a name, it won’t find close alternatives. Did you mean or synonyms will not help with this.

Don't filter out Primo Central records after clicking Library facets
On a blended scope, when you search in the scope and click a library facet, all the Primo Central records are filtered out because Primo Central records do not have facets:library values in PNX. For example,
(1) Go to our Primo:
http://kosmos.lib.keio.ac.jp/primo_library/libweb/action/search.do?vid=KEIO
(2) For your convenience, click "English" as UI language on the upper-right corner.
(3) On the "All materials" tab, search "cancer" (without quotes). The "All materials" scope is a blended scope that contains both local records and Primo Central records.
(4) On the Library facets, click any library.
Then all the Primo Central records are filtered out. But…

When there is more than one copy of a printed book, display the copy number in the call number. For example: N5300.S923 2008 v.1 c.2
We have two copies of vol. 1 of Stokstad's 3rd ed. of Art History. Thus, the call number for the second copy would display like this:
N5300.S923 2008 v.1 c.2

alerts based on a range of call numbers
We would like our users to be able to define an alert in primo, based on a range of call numbers – for example:
lc = "ds67->ds79.99" .37 votes -
Add RIS export to AngularJS Primo UI
Reference management options in the new Primo UI seem limited to RefWorks, EndNote, and EasyBib. I'd like an "Export RIS" option to support users of Zotero and Mendeley.

Export search results in ISBD format
It seems that Primo does not permit (as, I.E., Aleph) the export of a search in ISBD format: doing this would be a great thing at least for our patrons

They appear as "renewable" items that really aren't
In Primo, they appear as "renewable" copies really are not because they already have the maximum number of renovations. Why not say directly "not renewable"?

See Attachments from Alma in Primo
Users should be able to see, in a clear format, their attachments that are sent out in Alma. This would be helpful because we could attach policy specific things to their accounts and they'd have a record of what notices were sent out to them.

Inter-Library Loan (resource sharing) history from Alma to Primo
Make Alma send a reader's Inter-Library Loan (resource sharing) history of requests to the library card in Primo.
That way the reader can see her requests from the Inter-Library Loans as she may do with the library requests.
Currently, neither Alma nor Aleph sends that information to Primo.

have citations/cited by appear at cluster level record
The Citation Trail feature is great, but I'm afraid many users will miss it because they click on an item in search results that is a merge record for a "FRBR" cluster of articles from different sources. The citation/cited by doesn't apear on those. Since the user can get to the resources from the Online tab in this record, they are not likely to click on View All Versions. This is such a cool feature it's a shame to miss it, and it's the article that gets cited, not a particular aggregator's version of it.

Can Ex_libris work with publishers to enable OA articles in hybrid journals to be discoverable ?
Currently if we do not subscribe to a journal (normally a hybrid OA titles) which has open access articles the article access is not discoverable as available during a search of Primo - is there any way to identify these articles as being available ?

Title search be split to differentiate between article title and publication title
Whilst doing a title search the results are often skewed by publication titles being included in the results lists.

e-shelf indication that items have been copied to clipboard ready for pasting
e-shelf indication that items have been copied to clipboard ready for pasting. There is no indication available and when copying large amounts of items it is unclear as to whether they have been added to the clipboard or not so the user cannot tell when it is time to paste.

Fix the RIS file export
Many Primo Alma customers have had to add additional display fields in Primo to enable correct export of Multiple authors and Publishers to a RIS file for Refworks or other Bibilographic tools.
Please can this be fixed for everyone? I am attaching our Refworks mapping file as an example.

Permalinks that go to View It / Get It tabs
Enable Primo to be configured to create Permalinks that go to View It / Get It tabs to give the user quicker access to a resource.
In order to still be permanent, system administrators should be able to configure an order of preference for the permalinks between view it, get it and details to guarantee the link goes somewhere as long as the resource remains in Primo.

Enable configuration of Permalinks to open a tab that gives access to an item
Permalinks currently open into the detail tab in Primo.
Our users have expressed a preference for the permalink to open into a screen which would give them access to the item i.e. either the getit or view it tab.
