Display all blocks and patron limits in Primo My Account
The My Account page in Primo only displays blocks of the blocks tab in the Alma user details page so that a patron who logs in Primo and unsuccessfully attemps to renew an item from the library isn’t notified about blocks that are applied based on patron limits/ library-definied rules such as maximum cash limit. The My Account page should display all blocks.

Differenciating the code for PCI records from the code for Alma records
The PCI records that we don't subscribe and the Alma records without holding show the same labels on Get It section because they share the codes, such as:
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.top
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.signedinuser
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.signedinuser.noservices
c.uresolver.getit2.holdinglist.empty.guestuser
c.uresolver.getit2.holding_list.empty.bottom
(Samples are on SF #00731305)We want those two groups of records to be distinguished from each other so that we can apply different labels giving more customized information to our patrons.

Penalization date visible in users' loan page
Hello! It would be great once we had read the bar code of the user, and we have the general information to do a loan or a return it will be great if there we can see the date until they can't borrow books. If not it is a problem because they ask you until when they are ban and we have to go until their profile to penalty section to see it.
Thank you!

Primo Back Office: In a consortial environment, Ability to localize Alma collections to a specific instance of Primo
Hello.
Our university system is in a consortial configuration of Alma and Primo Back Office.
Currently, we cannot use Alma collections because one university's (local and institution-specific) collections display in all other Primo instances in our consortia. This is problematic and confusing because a collection at University A displays in University B's Primo as if it were University B's collection. But the collection is local and specific to University A only.
The "collections" I'm talking about are described in the following Exlibris documentation: https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/040Resource_Management/050Inventory/050Managing_Collections
https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/060Back_Office_Guide/060Configuring_Primo%E2%80%99s_Front_End/050Collection_DiscoveryWe opened Salesforce cases 00636941 and 00708998 and were told by the Exlibris analysts that…

We would like patrons to be able to view their library barcode in Primo.
Under My Library Account > Personal Details, we think patrons should be able to view their library barcode number. We use ours in additional systems, and we think it would be helpful to point someone to their library account details.

Free text input should be blocked in Resource Sharing Form
When users request items with multiple volumes in the resource sharing form (NERS Enhancement - Request ID #4856), they can select a specific volume from the pull down list, also freely input any information in the text box. Errors of manual input may lead to inefficiency or failure of handling the requests, for example, user input “1” in the text box instead of selecting “v.1” from the list, the request can be created successfully, but information of requested volume cannot be shown in Alma, neither “Borrowing Requests” of Borrowing Library nor “Pick from shelf” of Lending Library, the libraries need…

Hierarchical labels for sub-collections in Collections hierarchy
When browsing the Collections hierarchy there is a separate label for top level collections and for sub-collections (at whatever level). We would like to be able to have separate labels according to values contained in the bib records. This would allow the different levels of a complex sub-collection hiearchy to be expressed appropriately: e.g. it would allow us to reflect transparently the structure of our archival collections: Collection - Series - File - Item. it could also allow the hierarchy of different types of collections to be expressed differentially.

Smart login messages - Do not show login message in the ViewIt for Open Access material
If a user is not logged in they get the Login message on the ViewIt and GetIt tab, whether they need to login to access that resource or not.
For example, Open Access material.
We have had many instances of users complaining that they have to login to access OA material. In fact they do not need to login to access this material. The Primo login message is confusing and misleading the user to think that they do need to login.
See for example the following Open Access material in our Primo instance.

Change order of holdings for e-journals in ViewIt
Allow the institution to determine the ordering of resources in the ViewIt section of Primo. The single select options would include:
• By Date – Ascending
• By Date – Descending
• Alphabetical
• (Not sure if there are others)Currently e-journal titles with multiple holdings are displayed in alphabetical order. When each holding has a different date range, it can be difficult to scan quickly. This would allow each institution to select what works best for their users.

Adjust number of results Collection Discovery
Collection Discovery pages are great but loading 10 at a time is not enough. Would like to see adjustable results dial similar to what was recently released in Alma. Perhaps even up to 100 results on a page would be sufficient.

Subject Browse - allow merging of identical subject terms from different vocabularies
Right now, when I browse in my Primo by subject, I'm seeing a lot of subject headings repeated from different taxonomies. For example: Microbiology (EBPS), Microbiology (FAST), Microbiology (fast MESH), Microbiology (LCSH), Microbiology (LCSHKIDS FAST), Microbiology (MESH). This looks like a mess and is confusing for the user. I'd like to propose that where subject headings are identical between taxonomies, they be merged into one entry so the user doesn't have to check them all.

Make the New Primo UI more CSS friendly
While the new Primo interface gave us more power to extend functionality via JavaScript it does not do the same for modifications via CSS due to the lack of properly marked up content.
In some parts of the New UI the content is well described, often with custom HTML elements, but there are also many places, often in the higher levels in the DOM tree, where better described selectors (preferably through classes) are needed.
For example, there is currently no selector that show the current system that is being displayed. The <prm-explore>-element could have the current system being shown as…

Numerical order for Search by list
We would like the list search in Primo to show the results in numerical and not just alphabetical order.
For example, for call numbers the number 101 should appear before the number 1000.
Thank you and good day.

Browses: add See Also and Usage info from authority headings
Primo supports display of See references (not same as See Also) in browse headings, if those cross-references are in the bibliographic data ingested by Primo. There is no capacity to display See Also and Usage info from authority records, which are important so that users understand how and why certain terms, especially subjects, may be used.
We propose that See Also and Usage info display in the Browse headings.
Example headings and See Also and Usage info that does NOT currently display in Primo:
Blacks:
Search also under: subdivision Blacks under individual wars, e.g. World War, 1939-1945--Blacks; and headings beginning…

Add 245 subfield c to Primo display
Please add the 245 subfield c to the display in Primo. It does display in Alma. In the example below, you are not able to determine the author/creator's responsibility for the work - Author vs. forward vs. photographer.
We would love to have more granularity in general for what fields/subfields display in Primo for our specific institution.
Thank you!

course reserve
Course Reserves:
Requested Enhancement: Offer interface with drop-down menus for Course Title, Course Department, and Course Instructor (similar to drop-down menus in Voyager)Currently users can search for course reserves, but there is not a good mechanism to browse. Offering drop-down menus would easily allow users to see what was currently on course reserve by course title, department and instructor.

“My Favorites” pin should indicate number of records in favorites
In the Primo New UI, there is the “my favorites” pin icon at the top right of the screen (screenshot below of the pin). We ran some usability surveys and found that users would like an indication, via the icon, that something is there. Like the number if pinned items and/or a different color indicating that something is there.

List of Loans - Indicate if item is Requested
It should be possible to indicate in the patron's List of Loans in the Library Account whether an item is requested, otherwise, it is not clear if the due date is sooner than on other loans because it is a Reserved item or because it was Requested by another reader.
