    I'm going to pile onto Nancy's suggestion here to also include case-insensitivity for subjects in Analytics. A similar issue: subject headings may be upper or lower case depending on where in the field they are listed, and currently to search for materials based on subject, a person would have to search all variants of a subject to return results.
