An error occurred while saving the comment Paulina Harper commentedIt would also be lovely to be able to update the Subscription dates range in batch for every invoice line on an invoice, rather than having to touch each one manually.

An error occurred while saving the comment Paulina Harper commentedOur IT dept would prefer we use a unique, but very long, string of letters and numbers as our unique identifiers in Alma/Primo, but if we do we will have the same problem as Chris. We would also like the "updated by" field to be configurable to use Last Name, First Name or something else human-identifiable.

We would like to be able to add the electronic collection as a facet on Primo search results page -- so users can exclude items in a particular collection they don't have access to from their results. There is currently no way to do this precisely.
The workaround proposed by Ex Libris is to use a norm rule to add the name of the electronic collection (Collection A) into the bibliographic record, and then create a facet that can filter on this field. However, if a user then excludes Collection A from their search results, they will be excluding at the bibliographic level, and will exclude ebooks that are available in both Collection A and Collection B (to which they do have access).
