    Agree - we would really like Close Note. Additionally, it would be great if a Close date could be recorded that is retrievable in Analytics - something like the Withdrawal Date in item records.

    We will never want journal articles coming through as purchase requests, it is only logical to not have that link showing up on journal article results.
