It would also be handy if the reporter name could be seen on the Marked as broken task or if there was a link to their user record.

This looks to be a very useful feature but it seems odd that it is deliberately uneditable : "The letter ILL Email to User needs to be activated for the General mail function to work. We'd really like this option as we are frequently contacting instructors about issues and having to recreate the citation details outside of the Leganto system. It would be useful if the instructor could be chosen from the system's user list as we often see our own names as the citation creator (rollover etc)
