    This looks to be a very useful feature but it seems odd that it is deliberately uneditable : "The letter ILL Email to User needs to be activated for the General mail function to work. This letter is not customizable." (https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/050Administration/030User_Management/010Managing_Users#UserDetails)
