    Dear Miriam,

It is difficult to predict how frequently the scenarios I describe are likely to occur.

We would at least like to run the job at the beginning of each academic term, which would be three times per year.

    Dear Miriam,

The purpose of this job would be to retrospectively auto-locate citations if a bibliographic record is imported at a later date after the citation is created.

For example, a citation is created for a book which has not yet been published. At a later date the book is published and purchased for the Library, and a bibliographic record is imported. At this point the process and enrich citation job is necessary in order to locate the citation to the record.

Alternatively, a book might be out of print at the time the citation is created and may only be purchased at a later date when it appears on the market. There are also circumstances where we may not initially purchase a book (e.g. if it is only designated as 'optional' reading when added to a list), but purchase it at a later date (e.g. it's added to a different list, this time as 'core' reading).

    I hope this helps.
    Ben

This button can be renamed via the Labels code table (Alma configuration > Fulfillment > Leganto > Labels > list.action.send.list)

Electronic availability can be displayed if there is a relationship between the title records with the physical holdings and ebook portfolios attached, i.e. if you add the physical ISBN to the 020 $$z subfield on the ebook record (or vice versa).

You also need to set the Customer Settings parameter related_records to true:

It would also be useful if an individual user could be added as an instructor / owner to a set of courses / lists, without having to manually amend each one.
