Additional fields on Rialto to input useful information
We often ask ProQuest to order titles which are available on Amazon but on Rialto there is nowhere we can add the Amazon link which we can do in Oasis.

sort order history
Not sure if there was a glitch in the system today...
I ordered 11 items but when I went into the order history, one of the items was not listed , or so I thought, as usually the most recent orders are on page 1. This 'missing' order was on page 3.
Can the sort feature be enabled such that the most recent orders always appear on page 1?1 vote -

Add LC classification "F" in drop down menu in Market Search
When doing an advanced search in Market for LC Classification, the "F" is hidden in the drop-down menu under the "E - History: America" classification. Would make more sense to have it as a standalone menu option. Or, rename the E menu option to say E and F. Otherwise, it looks like the F classification is not available to search.

Automate workflows for approving or denying alternate editions, and over price threshold
Right now all this happens via email. It's a cumbersome process and the email only goes to the person who approved the order. If the approval or denial could be integrated into the Rialto workflow process others from the institution could respond.

Automatically Import Turnaways into Rialto Lists
We'd like to be able to set up an API or something similar that would automatically import turnaway lists into Rialto lists, to assist with quick purchasing & decision making. Ideally, we would like a list per platform, and the ability to set it up to run automatically on a chosen time frame (perhaps once a quarter).

Allow Show Sushi Counter Usage on all applicable titles
This would help with ordering projects such as reviewing EBAs not managed through Rialto, or selecting titles for perpetual purchase that are held in a subscribed ebook collection. In combination with the Sort by Usage it could also help identify titles from a list that are already owned, since this isn't currently a facet for limiting.

Improve Indexing and Search of Series
Series search is inconsistent, both for finding all titles and finding a series note within the same title across formats/ebook editions. Series title doesn’t appear in the bibliographic data as Series; sometimes it shows in an “Edition” field. Ideally a Series title would appear as a hyperlinked search option within a book record.

Please fix the order of the LC Call numbers so they appear in LC Call Number order and not just numeric order by the first number in the string.

Add Material Type field to the Purchase Request info displayed in Rialto
When a Purchase Request is submitted via Primo and Acquisitions staff "search in market" the Purchase Request information shows to the right of the results list. Unfortunately Material Type is not included so there is no way to know if the patron requested a Print or Ebook copy of the book.

Assign different loan policies to an order of multiple copies
Please allow us to assign more than one loan policy to an order for multiple copies. This feature already exists in ALMA for general ordering. The request is to extend this feature to Rialto. Currently we must assign one loan policy to an order and add a receiving note to edit the item settings on receipt.

Sort offers accurately by price
When sorting by price, discounts are not considered, resulting in an illogical sort. Please see attached screenshot demonstrating the issue.

add an email notification option for purchase requests
When a purchase request happens, let us add an email notification. I check email more often than Alma. Orders are a priority I need to be alerted quickly

selector limit to ebooks only
We are only interested in ordering ebooks from RIALTO and I would like our selectors to see only ebooks and not try to order print titles. I'm told this isn't possible at this time. We can try to train them to limit...

Email Alerts for Order Rejections
When an order is rejected, the selector should be emailed an alert instead of solely relying on the notifications section of Alma. Selectors often don't think to check notifications in Alma. There are already title alert notifications via email so this functionality should not require much development.

Improve Rialto Configuration visibility and editing access for the Rialto Administrator role
Currently Rialto is a ‘black box’ for a great deal of configuration which is controlled by Ex Libris and only visible to Ex Libris. For many settings, customers do not even have Read access, let alone Edit access. This issue is compounded by extremely minimal documentation on Rialto administration that configuration settings even exist at all and the options for them.
This leads to situations we have experienced where we began ordering physical titles through Rialto and were incorrectly billed in the wrong currency. And another where our EDI was not functioning as expected, due to invisible misconfiguration. And another…1 vote -
Delete shared lists in Rialto for all users
When deleting a shared list in Rialto it is only possible to delete the list for oneself only. The list remains visible for all other user who had shared access. Would it be possible to add the option "delete for me" and "delete for everyone" . At present I have to un-share the list before I can delete it to make sure that no copies remain with colleagues

e-mail list to another user
When you send a list for approval in Rialto it places the individual titles in the cart. However, we would like to send the list to the approver before putting it in the cart. It would therefore be useful to have an alert which sends an e-mail to the approver alerting him that a list is ready for review before ordering.
