Make Ordering Library in Rialto Default
The 'Ordering Library' field in Rialto maps to the 'PO Line Owner' field in the POL. All of our PO Lines are owned by a single location, Technical Services. We would like to have the ability to set the 'Ordering Library' field in Rialto as a default or at minimum request that this field be sticky. Also, the terminology 'Ordering Library' is often confused with shelving location which is not the same for our institution. Rialto requires the user to set the 'Ordering Library' for every order placed; since the 'Ordering Library' is always the same for our institution it…

Allow for exclusion of "Not Yet Published" titles in Title Alert query
In order to utilize the Selection Plan Slip functionality coming in the March 2024 release, it would be helpful if we could exclude "Not Yet Published" titles from the Slip rules.
The use case we're concerned about is if a "Not Yet Published" title comes in on a Selection Plan Slip with only a print offer and an offer for the publisher site (ex. Routledge and Taylor & Francis), it's not something we'd want to firm order, but we would be interested in having it in DDA (but the DDA available offers haven't been added yet). If we reject it…

Ability to add "offers"/"slips" manually
We currently get lists of titles from vendors in addition to finding out about titles through Rialto. We would like Rialto to be our one-stop-shop for Selectors. Ideally, we would be able to find every title in the Rialto marketplace; however, recognizing that there may occasionally be titles not in the marketplace, we'd like the ability to manually create a slip/offer with relevant bibliographic information for Selectors to review. That way we could then order from outside the system while the Selectors do all of their reviewing from within Rialto.

User Tagging in Comments/Notes Across Rialto Platform
There is a very useful feature where selectors are able to tag each other in comments on items in lists. This feature doesn't seem to be available in other parts of Rialto such as from search results or in Title Alerts. It would be very useful for selector collaboration if user tagging could be expanded to more places throughout Rialto.

Allow Super Selectors to duplicate order templates
The Super Selector role can create order templates. Super Selectors should also be able to duplicate order templates to save time in creating their own since order templates often share many of the same field entries.

Notify customers when platform vendors reject a DDA title in Rialto
When a librarian adds titles to the DDA pool and they disappear because the platform vendor has removed them, librarians want to be notified. Librarians are losing track of what has been lost. They recently become aware of lost titles because of titles that were special requests. After these became known, and it was discovered that this list was growing, a concern for untracked titles developed. How many pushed DDA titles go missing? All selectors who push DDA titles need to be sent a regular monthly report by email of the titles that were removed.

Improve matching between format of order and format of bibs in Network Zone
Matching routines between Rialto and Alma focus on the ISBN as a match point, primarily using 020$a and 020$z, but also using 775$z and 776$z. When a Rialto institution is in a consortium using a Network Zone, and the NZ is configured as the repository for records to be added, this match method may result in false matches between records of different formats.
For example, a title selected in Rialto for a one-time print book purchase may be matched on a bibliographic record for the electronic version based on the ISBN found in a 776$z. The 776 field identifies an…

Allow order template to be applied at selection stage rather than in cart
Option to add order template at item selection stage to enable users to fill up their cart with multiple items and check out just once per session. Currently a template can only be added once an item is within the cart; meaning a user must remember each item's requirements and apply the correct template if they have a full cart of items, or have to check each item out individually.

Have the amount listed as "freight" on PDF invoices map to "shipping" by default instead of "overhead." This would be clearer for Analytics.

Move Reporting Codes/Processing information to Approval
Currently, the indication of reporting codes and book processing is all part of the order information for titles. For some libraries, this information is not made at the selector level but at the approver level.
It would be nice if we could toggle this as an option per instance.

Include Call Number / Classification information on Orders Awaiting Approval records
The appropriate location for physical materials in our library is dependent on the call number. Our selectors don't know the breakdown, and by the time an offer is awaiting approval, the call number/classification information isn't listed in the task list; an approver would have to go back to the Title in the Market to get that relevant information. We'd like the call number/classification information in the brief results on the Orders Awaiting Approval page to avoid this extra step.

Automatic interested users
Can we elect to have Rialto purchasers automatically inserted as interested users into an order? That way, anyone that orders an item in Rialto will automatically be notified when the item is available. Right now, I have to add them in prior to receiving the item.

Edition info in holdings
Would be useful if the institution holdings information when searching marketplace displayed edition info (i.e. 2nd ed, 3rd ed...) - currently shows just date and ISBN. Might be easier to establish current stock at a quick glance.

Fix citations reverting to older editions when added from the 'Rialto search scope' in Leganto
The current problem occurs when we use the Rialto search scope in Leganto to find a new edition of a book, and we already hold previous edition(s) of the same title. When we add the title to the reading list, it associates to the ISBN of previous editions and the citation reverts to an older held version. This is the opposite of what we want it to do, we want it to be used to highlight where a new edition is available so we can begin a purchase of this new content - which would be in ProQuest's interests too!

Improved list functionality
We don't have selectors, but do have several librarians that send us curated recommendations for purchase. Because of this, we use lists to share items recommended for purchase instead of carts. As our list of lists grows, it would be helpful to be able to organize lists into folders to keep them better organized. It would also be helpful to be notified of updates to shared lists. Updates any time an item was added would be cumbersome, so the optimal solution would be to add a "send list" button that would alert a chosen Rialto user that a shared list…
