Add Individual College Reports for Data Pulls
Update the data pulls to filter for branch or sub-branch of the main campus. At present, we can only pull a single report for the main branch and cannot filter for the sub-branch entities. It would be very helpful for individual colleges within the university to identify engagement with the software. Such a report would help us to verify if PIVOT RP usage supports PI success in securing external funding. It would be invaluable for our hiring trends and strategic plans to know who is using PIVOT RP and their rate of success. Without this data, it is difficult to…

Carry over full content of Know How and Top Funders in RP into News section of Pivot
Please can you carry over the full content of Know How & Top Funders into Pivot. We use these sections regularly in RP to help newer applicants understand the funding landscape and how to best navigate the application process. Losing this area of info is a major concern for us as we consider moving over to Pivot.

Ability to choose whether to explode on a per-keyword basis when searching on multiple terms
For example, we often work with postdocs looking for fellowships where we create 2 search strategies, “broad” and “narrow”, to get around this, but a single search would be preferable.
The “broad” search uses "Health and Medicine" no-explode to find general opps such as:
Research Fellowships
Helen Hay Whitney Foundation

Keyword: Health and MedicineThen a “narrow” search for the researcher’s specific topic such as exploded keyword “Blood Disorders” to find targeted opps such as:
HTRS/Novo Nordisk Clinical Scholar Award (CSA)
Hemostatis and Thrombosis Research Society (HTRS)

Filter grant opportunities *after* they have been Tracked and/or shared to a Curated List
The filters available when performing searches in Pivot-RP are very detailed and helpful; however, I (and the researchers at my department) also need to be able to filter the grant opportunities after they have been Tracked and/or shared to a Curated List. For example, if several hundred opportunities are being tracked, shared, and compiled into lists, the ability to filter these by the same search filters available, that is, Funder, Amount, Deadlines (with options of selecting "7 days from today", "14 days", "30 days", "90 days", "180 days", or the customizable "Select from calendar" option), Limited Submission, Applicant/Institution Location, Activity…

Delineate between low, medium and high value 'unspecified' values.
If the value of an opportunity is below say $9,999, between $10K-$49,999 or >$50k in a currency they could be grouped, so that we can filter out low value unspecified opportunities, but not miss the high value ones.
For many researchers their search contains a high number of unspecified value opportunities, and to manually go through all of these to see if they are of high enough value to be of interest for Mid and Established researchers is off-putting for researchers.
If there was a filter by value group, they could only include ones of high value, and filter out…

Allow multiple funders for Internal Opportunities
Internal opps can be co-funded to promote collaboration between institutions. For example two university will promote a scheme where each institution funds their own researcher under a join application.
It would be beneficial to be able to add multiple funders to an internal opp in order to accurately detail the opportunity.
A further enhancement would be able to have internal opps shown to the multiple funders, if they are also subscribed to Pivot-RP.

Highlight NEW curated opportunities in Newsletters
It would be helpful for our researchers who receive multiple newsletters if there was a way to highlight opportunities that have been newly added to each week's newsletter. For example, the option of a "NEW" tag that only stays live for one week. This increases the value of the newsletter and decreases the time required for researchers to note relevant content.

Add extra information to opps in Tracked Opp List
When opportunities appear in the Tracked Opp list , it is only the opportunity name that shows, which can be difficult when multiple opportunities have similar names, e.g. "Research Fellowship".
It would be beneficial to see additional opp detail in this list, especially funder information, in order to differentiate between similarly named opps, and to be consistent with other parts of Pivot-RP

Carry across formatting
For generic notes specific to internal processes and applicable to all annotated opportunities, it would be helpful if the desired formatting (bold, bullet points, and hyperlinks if possible) could carry across in cut and paste. As it is, for every entry, we have to redo all the formatting and hyperlinks in a tiny box which is very fiddly and time-consuming.

add notes to tracked opportunities
I would like to add notes about a tracked opportunity on the tracking page. It'd be nice to add things like "check if my PI is already a member of this society" or "requires preliminary data" so I can manage my application materials a little bit better.

Please add a log in prompt via Newsletter links
Newsletter links take researchers directly to scheme pages but without a prompt to login, they do not see deadlines and notes added by the institution and will be unaware these are available. Until a prompt is added, we will need to add a highlighted notice to the free-text section of our Newsletter instructing users to login to view all details. However, this notice will undoubtedly be overlooked by many users, leading to time-consuming back and forth between researchers and grants officers which the added information is meant to avoid.

Visibility of non-lead schemes
In relation to adding scheme pages, I have had previous communications with members of the RP team where they have explained that the scheme is on RP but not visible to non-lead countries. This excludes a significant number of schemes where non-lead countries are eligible to participate as co-leads or collaborators, with associated funding (which can be in the millions). Could RP please modify the visibility policy so that we can continue to promote these opportunities to our researchers. Previously we added them manually to our curated RP bulletin.

Please make the Notes field expandable so that more of note can be viewed.
The scrolling function for the small amount of visible text is extremely sensitive which makes editing in a long note very difficult.

Display funder name in calendar view
The calendar view would be more useful if the funder name was displayed on the label with the award name. For instance, I want to create a calendar with major early career awards but the majority have generic names like "young investigator award" or "new faculty award." Someone had asked for a similar update to enable this feature in the details view, but it would be optimal to have the names on the labels too, before opening up the details view.

Search criteria to include 'confirmed' opportunities
With large multi-disciplinary institutes particularly, it would be good if the search itself could contain the requirement to only show confirmed opportunities (those that the rounds dates are confirmed by the funder), as opposed to having to filter post the search.
This would be particularly good for searches associated with newsletters, as then the list is not hundreds to thousands of currently irrelevant opportunities when there are plenty of confirmed opportunities to focus on.
Additionally this would allow for a search to be set-up for anticipated opportunities, above a certain value that are worth being prepared for.

Invited only submissions (or 2nd stage) needs to be more prominent
Quite a few calls (e.g. UKRI funding finder) are being flagged as new calls, but they are in fact the second stage and only for those who have been invited to submit.
It would be great if there was a functionality on Pivot that made this very clear (e.g. a separate box stating 'invite only'). At the moment it would be buried amongst the overview text, or not at all, and this info is only available when you go to the specific call site.1 vote -
