The search should allow for changing each search criteria between And/OR, and allow for more free text fields (all as 'OR' queries).

The Free Text fields on the Advanced Search form do allow you to enter Boolean operators within any of the field boxes. You can type Medicine OR Health OR Cancer all within a single search box. You are not limited to entering one term per search box.
