Extend Auto-Logout Time on App Manager
I’d like to suggest increasing the time before the system automatically logs users out of the App Manager. At the moment, it logs me out quite frequently, which can be frustrating—especially when I'm in the middle of tasks. A longer session timeout, or ideally no auto log-out while users are actively working on the page, would greatly improve the user experience and workflow.

Weekly calendar view to be reinstated in React app
Since moving to React we have had some feedback from our end users that the removal of the weekly view is a serious step back to the product, with one response saying the update has destroyed the calendar.
Would it be possible to reinstate an optional week view in React as this seemingly was very popular with our students and the feedback we are now getting is not good.

Export to Calendar
The ability for app users to export calendar items to their own calendar in the React app, which was previously available in the Legacy app and is no longer an option. If users could sync their calendar to their own calendar instead of adding each event to the calendar, this would be well received.

Nested Smart Tile - Improvements
Review the development of the Nested Smart Tile to deliver a simpler, more usable feature with the following abilities:
• It should display as a normal single tile (with the same styling properties available/parent config inheritance) but enable other tiles to be ‘assigned’ to it. On clicking the single tile (or the Sidebar instance), it should open up another view within the Home Page, where the assigned ‘sub-tiles’ can then be seen. This is the expected nature of a ‘grouped’ tile.
• It should have the ability to react to Role allocation, so that only Users with Roles assigned to…

Allow us to change the Page Title for each individual page
Right now, all pages show the same name in a browser's tab, which can make navigation confusing if you have more than one page open in a browser.
It would be nice to be able to update the page title for each individual page so that the name in the tab is different for every page.
6 votesThis was completed in previous months as part of our VPAT compliance procecss. It is now available in production, and the titles of pages are visible in the browser tabs.

Support CDATA sections (as used by SharePoint and Drupal) in Events PI RSS
The RSS for the Events PI often contains HTML characters in the
that have to be escaped somehow to be considered valid XML. The Events PI has a toggle switch to indicate whether it should expect HTML in the description element.
Either individual HTML characters can be replaced with entity references e.g. < replaced by & lt ; and > replaced by & gt ; or alternatively you can enclose the HTML in a CDATA section e.g. Our event! .
Both SharePoint and Drupal use CDATA sections to enclose HTML in the RSS views they generate by default,…

Enable institutions to optionally configure active lists as the count
The Leganto product integration returns a count of all lists. For educators this list would be very high, for students it could also get to 36 or so in their last semester.
In both cases users in the mobile app are more interested in looking at their active lists.Institutions should be able to configure the integration to choose which count to use, and if the user clicks/touches to view the lists then institutions should be able to configure if a list filtered to active lists only is presented.

Support Universal Links
I'd really like to use bi-directional codes (QR or NaviLens https://www.navilens.com/en/) around campus to jump people to the relevant feature in UCL Go. I think it could be a gamechanger for campusM in terms of connecting the physical with the digital realms and making it the ultimate experience app for students, staff, visiting researchers and members of the public alike.
I'd like all users to be able to get contextual help relevant to where they physically are without having to remember how to get to the corresponding feature in the app, know that that app might be able to…

Enable Banner Tile Ordering
Banners cannot be ordered, new ones can only be added last in the order.
Would be great to define the order when adding eg 1st, 2nd etc or even better, drag up and down in order.

Improved "filter by date" feature for events integration
We would like to request an improvement to the 'filter by date' feature in the Events integration. Right now, you can only filter by specific select dates, which isn't really convenient when one is trying to filer by a range of dates. Furthermore, when the list of events covers a wide range of dates, that stuffed the filter feature with far too many dates and makes it difficult to reach the 'filter by tags' tool on mobile. A better method would be to allow more broad selections (e.g. 'this week', 'this month', etc.), or replace the checklist with start date…

Add events integrations to menu search or add search function to events integration
We would like to see that the main menu search function, which currently only returns tiles and pages as search results, also returns events contained within event integration tiles. The alternative is adding a search function to the events integration itself. We feel that giving users the ability to search for events based on keywords in the title/description/tags would be really useful for improving their experience.

Mark notifications as read
It would be very practical for the user to be able to mark all unread notifications as read (not delete them), with a single click.

'Add To Calendar' feature in Events PI
We have received feedback from Library Mobile users that regret they cannot export events to their own calendar. An 'Add To Calendar' option would be useful to users.

Delete/recall a notification once it has been sent
Because typos, linking errors, bad display, etc. can always occur in notifications, even if notification managers have been very careful, admins should have the possibility to recall or delete a Group or Individual notification from the Notification Center once it has been sent. Once deleted from the Notification Center, then the notification should also be deleted on the end-user side, in the app (Android, iOS or web).

App Settings > Content > Menu Options - Alphabetical Order
Is it possible to list the content areas appearing in App Settings> Content > Menu Options in alphabetical order? Or at least display an option enabling users to sort like this?
At the moment, with a number of content area tiles in use, it can be difficult for users to easily find the tile they are looking to update.

Impossible to go back to Primo PI search results
When clicking on View It links in Primo results and getting to aggregator or publisher websites, PDFs or external resources, one cannot go back to the original search results. Using the back button goes back to Primo Search, and never to the search results. As a consequence, app users must systematically re-run their searches or click on the search history. We think that the current behavior of the Primo PI is unsatisfactory in terms of user experience.

Add a self-checkout feature in campusM/Library Mobile
It would be useful to add a self-checkout function to campusM/Library Mobile. Built as a new product integration, notably with Alma, it would allow patrons to check out items on their mobile device (quick and private way for patrons to borrow items from anywhere in the stacks).
Some libraries use parallel apps for self-checking, it is not very convenient to propose different library apps to users. Adding a self-checkout feature in campusM/Library Mobile would consolidate the use of this app among the library patrons.

User ability to create tile folders
After a series of focus groups with approximately 20 students, a common request was for the ability to organize content in a personalized way by creating ad-hoc folders of tiles. So, in the Arrange function, you could tap and hold on a tile, drag on top of another, and create a new folder that you can name based on the contents. Currently, content menus are the closest thing to this, and those are statically created by the admin and are not modifiable by the user (aside from hiding/showing the content menu tile).

Want to see the groups a notification was sent to or is scheduled to go to.
Once you've scheduled or sent a notification to a group, there's no way to tell which group you've sent it to. It would be extremely helpful to be able to see that - so you can check that you sent it to the right groups.

App manager API
Can we have an API for doing certain tasks in the app manager. For example, for process automation, it'd be great if we could access the asset manager via an api, rather than through the web gui.
for example, if we have bulk map data, that we extract from our map datasource, and we automate the process of uploading the map data, it would make our automation much less risky, if we can call an api to create and/or remove folders from and upload position images to the asset manager.
This would remove my automation from relying on screen clicks…
6 voteswe have a wide range of APIS available to programmatically configure components of the app and user experiences.
