Allow customization of the item status field in Primo
The item status field is misleading for material that is on order. Primo displays a message saying “Item not yet received, expected on DD/MM/YYYY”. This date can be several weeks in the future. It is calculated by adding a set number of days specific to a vendor to the date that the order was sent to the vendor. The number of days is set according to when it is judged to be appropriate to claim items which have not been received. We therefore tend to set it as eight or so weeks in the future for many vendors. In reality…

Filter out the default search result titles with the status "Citation Available" which don't have full text available under PCI
We expect the default search results of PCI contain full text titles only. But we found there are result titles which don't have full text with the status "citation available" (e.g. in the collection RAMBI, http://www.lib.ouhk.edu.hk/primo-explore/fulldisplay?docid=TN_rambi000465453&context=PC&vid=ouhk&lang=en_US&search_scope=pc_gs_ebook_ebsco_scope&adaptor=primo_central_multiple_fe&tab=pga_tab&query=any,contains,RAMBI&sortby=rank&facet=domain,include,RAMBI%20-%20%D7%A8%D7%9E%D7%91%27%27%D7%99&offset=0). Add LC Classification Facet to PrimoVE Facet options
Back Office has the option to enable the LC Classification facet to Primo, however, Primo VE does not. This facet is heavily used in our Summon instance and we would like to see this behavior port over into VE.

Number of location codes that can be included in a scope.
Scopes currently allow only 3 location codes. We would like to have that limit increased.

Option to have patron block notes viewable in Primo
Currently, you can include a note in a patron's block in Alma, but that note won't display in Primo. You have the option of creating a separate note in the patron's record that is viewable, and the block type will provide the patron with some information, but it would be nice if we had the option to include a user-viewable note when creating the block.

Add toggle switch which requires IP validation to grant access to PCI paid content
Primo allows authentication via access from a specific IP address range or patron login. Once authenticated, patrons can search paid content (from subscription databases) in the Primo Central Index. We are not an academic institution, therefore we do not have a fixed population of patrons in the form of students. In MetaLib our patrons could see paid content in search results only if they were onsite.

Allow Barcode Copying in Primo
We would like to be able to have the barcode information not get automatically re-hidden so that we can copy barcodes from Primo. This would be particularly helpful for quick reference without having to enter Alma.

Create a link for users to report an issue
There are some institutions that have added functionality where users can report a problem for a specific record. It would be great if this could be offered through Primo. Users would click on an icon to report their issue. In the back office, there would be the option to configure the url for the hyperlinked icon. It would be even better to add logic where you could configure the link in relation to the type of record (CZ, NZ, IZ). This builds on the idea on reporting an issue for CZ records.

Give us a way to brute force boosting any record in Alma with a local field
We have to break the rules of cataloging to add fields to get certain important titles that should ALWAYS be first in a relevance sort to show up at the top. Give us a local field to use in a bib record to always ensure a boost to the top (similar to what we can do to "top" a particular collection to offer in direct linking).

Would it be possible to add an icon or facet in the search filters for open source?
I am trying to encourage the use and teach with open source materials. If these materials could be easy to spot and/or sorted for it would greatly facilitate their use and knowledge that they exist.

With the upcoming EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the right to be forgotten will be imperative. We suggest that an "Delete my account" button is added to the My account space in Primo.

Show loans/fines as a pop-up when signing in to Primo (New UI)

Reinstate ability to customize header/footer HTML and no results HTML file functionality in New Primo UI
Would like to reinstate the ability to customize header/footer html files as well as the ability to customize the no results html file in the Primo New UI please. In the Old UI, you could customize and upload these files individually. You cannot customize any of them in the New UI, even if included in the customization package html folder.
