  1. Library Card page

I think it would more user-focused if the "Library Card" dashboard listed all of the requests and loans in one spot, regardless of the lending library. Many users are unaware of which library they've requested an item through - it would be nice if there was only one dashboard for patrons to check on the status of everything in one spot.

  2. Separate language menu

In August release 2018, there is finally a good improvement in the sign in area, but unfortunately the language selection is now inside a personal menu. If guests user enters Primo which by default is not in his native language, they wouldn't know what to do. There is a nice solution created by Manneheim University, and I hope Exlibris will take it as an example:

  3. Move Peer Reviewed into it's own facet group

The Peer Reviewed facet is currently grouped in the Availability facet group. It has nothing to do with Availability or the other things in the Availability facet group. Not seeing another facet group that makes sense, Peer Reviewed should be in it's own facet group. This will make more sense to the user, allow more flexibility in controlling the placement and the look and feel of these individual facets.

  4. Option to highlight active tabs in Primo top pane

We would like the option to highlight active tabs in the Primo top pane. At present, it is not clear which tab is in use. Highlighting of active tabs supports navigation and improves user experience, but there is currently no easy way to implement this. Including an option to do so, for example via CSS, would be helpful.

  5. Allow HTML coding for all labels

    Hi

Please allow HTML coding for all labels.
Including URLs via a href when the label isn't used as a link already.

This is working for a few labels, but far from all.

  6. Move the Sort by options to top of results

We would like the Sort by option to be at the top of screen, for consistency with other databases. Users are used to seeing Sorting options at the top of the page. These options are hard to locate within the other filtering options in the panel to the left/right of the Primo results.

  7. Div before the search-results

Similar to the top-bar-before doc that Ex Libris did for alerts, I would like a search-results-before div for customizations. When loading flex components in the after div and reversing the order through css, the interface loads the component and the customization jumps to the top of the search results list.

I would like to build a resourceType based super-facet tab set which users could use as a filter - starting with All, Articles, Books, Book Chapters, etc. the load order problem makes it look like components are shuffling around during load...
