Have Location Facet appear ONLY AFTER a Library facet is selected
For large library systems, many locations of stacks, eg. exist making the location facet appear very confusing to users. The LibraryLocation facet is problematic because many library locations are beyond the limit of 20 that's possible to view.

Although I think this might not work because of how facets behave in general:
– you limit to one library
– these titles are still owned by _several_ libraries, and all their collections would show in the facet.----
