Disable cancel request button in Primo
Stop our patrons from being able to 'cancel' a specific type of request within their account profile in Primo. We need to disable the cancel request button for Digitization request

Yes, there should be a more granular setting than 'allow cancelling yes/no'. -
A function I like in other products and that might help here: allow cancelling of a request for let's say 10 minutes. Do NOT send the request on to be fulfilled before those 10 minutes are over.
This allows the patron to cancel if s/he made a mistake and prevents unnecessary work on the library's side.
Best would be to state clearly what's happening ('cancel - within 10 minutes after submitting'), otherwise the patrons will see a cancel button that they can't find again later.
