Enable actions for loans/requests in My Account
Right now in Primo, if you have items checked out at your library, you can't do anything with them in the UI. You can't send to RefWorks, email, etc. Users would like to be able to send these items to citation management tools and they currently can’t do that. From the loan list, there is no link back to the full record.

This has been "Under Review" for more than a year. Any news from Ex Libris? We have received feedback from many end users about this, and they especially want and need a link from both their loans and their requests back to the full record. When having multiple loans and requests, often on the same subject and with similar titles, it can be difficult to tell them apart, and to remember what you actually ordered etc.
