Different RTA status messages for items on loan and missing items
Today the message "All items checked out from ..." is shown both for items on loan and items with process status "Missing" in Aleph. We would like to have different messages reflecting the real process status of he item.

I just had another front desk person complain about this today. RTA status "Checkedout" for missing items confuses patrons ("I thought you'd found it and checked it out to somebody else! I wanted dibs!). We've talked about just making the label "Unavailable" but that might send a different kind of message ("You can't get it ever").
