Yes, please fix this! When you have an extensive list, it's ridiculous to have to move the order in such a cumbersome fashion.

In the CTO, PMID currently falls under rft_id. It should be handled like DOI (rft.doi) is-- rft.pmid. The way it is now (info:pmid) breaks request forms.
