I agree with this, and think it would be good to maintain an option to upload additional files as well. Occasionally we receive supplemental materials in addition to an article and it doesn't always work to stitch them together. It would be useful to have the ability to upload them to Rapido instead of emailing them separately.

I completely agree! When we switched from ILLiad to Rapido we received complaints from faculty who no longer could access their request history, but often used that feature of ILLiad. We still occasionally receive complaints from patrons about this as they can't reference citations from their history.
This would also help reduce duplication of requests patrons have already requested and received since they would be able to clearly assess what materials they already got.

This happens to us regularly as well, so I agree it would be extremely helpful for the lender to be able to update the due date! (Commenting because I ran out of votes :))
