Any request regardless of status can move to the overdue status. At this point, staff or sets can no longer differentiate between items that have been loaned or not. This makes it impossible to distinguish through sets which items are ready to pull from our hold shelves (a separate workflow from local hold pulls) because they've never been checked out and have now reached their due date and are ready to be returned to their partners.

We would appreciate if the facets would include the option to show items that have been loaned but may currently be in a different status (like Overdue or Lost communicated) for the sake of a more efficient workflow.
