We are in the process of migrating from ILLiad to Rapido for digitization requests. Our patrons/customers can now self register which creates an Alma User and Partner, and then place their digitization requests. And with the new features, we are able to fulfill, and then bill for this fulfillment work.

A feature that our customers had in ILLiad, and is not available in Alma/Primo/Rapido is to sign into Primo, and see open and completed Rapido digitization requests.

These customers are law firms, engineering firms, non-local independent researchers, etc. who are using our Primo site and not their own University library system to place this request. Being able to see open and completed digitization requests would be very beneficial and improve the service we provide.
