    How has this not been enacted yet? Patron privacy and account security is very important, and if you don't make it easily intuitive to patrons to change their password, most will not.

  2. Track data on what in a record was modified, and add that data to analytics.

    An ideal option might be to have an optional popup saying "Material requested by patron, place on hold shelf and notify patron?"
