    In addition, the POL does not move from "sent" status to "waiting for invoice" status until it is added as a e-activation task. We order from Rialto, and we now have to rely on our librarians to let us know if a license upgrade has been purchased. Since there is no task created upon order in Rialto, we have no idea. And the access model is still the old model attached to the previous order so not accurate.
