The number of online content types is only increasing. Summon should be able to accurately display and link to our online content seemlessly.

We consistently see content types liks 'newsletter' and 'web resource' at the top of the list (with the most results) which is probably not useful. It would be better to show a fully customised sorted list or, say, the ability to make a few specific content types 'sticky' so e.g. Articles and Books always show first, as these are most likely to be what the user is looking for.

We gave up on the idea of adding our print serielas because our holdings are so discontinuous, with missing issues etc, we couldn't get a decent display. So a better way to manage these would be great.

We've had students being marked down for incorrect citations so it's really important that any citation formats we offer are correct - which for us means Cite Them Right.

We'd like this. It would give the option to create local collections, to aid discoverability. For example, we'd like to have a facet for theses created by members of our institution, as we're regularly asked how to find these, but we don't want to exclude these items from the general 'thesis' facet.

Alternatively, can the bX recommender clearly indicate which articles are available via your holdings and which aren't? So the user can see which articles they will be able to access immediately and which they might want to find via other means.
