    We do not want the students to change their information in Primo at all. We want the external system to be the master and we want the students to update their information there, because then the contact details will be correct and the same in all systems at our university. If the information the students add themselves in Primo VE is not overwritten when they change their information in the master system, that is equally problematic, since they are encouraged to update their information in the master system to get their information updated everywhere.

    Or if you could add a rule that automatically changed the purge date when you update the expiry date, because hardly anyone remembers to change purge date manually.
