    Have you reported this as a bug? In my view this is a bug. Not an enhancement.

    Thanks Luigi. I am still not sure if a new NERS request would make any chance. Probably not, and then it is better to have less requests that may attract enough votes. I hope that Ideas Exchange may be better for things like this.

    A related NERS request (not accepted either) from Vienna University Library (4443): " copy selected sections or groups from one set of Normalization rules to another"

    The original NERS Request is actually not about copying but about using specific NR blocks in multiple NR locations.

    Intermediate solution would be to have an export/import utility for parts of NR sets with the option of selecting a target different form the source
