Upgrade ProQuest Ebook Central Licenses within Rialto
It is currently not possible to upgrade ProQuest ebook licenses within Rialto. Instead, users must go to LibCentral to do this. We should be able to do this in Rialto.

It would be great if this was possible and that the costings e.g. POL and invoicing all came through Alma automatically if institutions have this set up.
Currently I add these manually and its time consuming

+1, the workaround to upgrade a license is cumbersome and counterproductive. Upgrading a license should be done in Rialto instead of hopping around different systems.
