This would also be useful for transferring work between colleagues. Sometimes library staff create lists for other library staff but without all the purchasing information its not as time saving and efficient as it could be.
We used to use this feature in Oasis and moving to Rialto its something we have missed.
It was great for sharing out work for validations of new courses or a new module as we needed the costings an then could place the order as soon as we knew the course was running or spending was approved.
