Make library activity on the main list page to go directly to holdings.
It takes three clicks to see if we own it. Not duplicating titles in ebooks or physical is very important when ordering. It would save a lot of time

Improve the ability to run concurrent fiscal years in Rialto
We generally run concurrent fiscal years in Alma for a short time while completing orders and invoices in one year and begin renewing resources and paying invoices in the next fiscal. When placing a manual POL in Alma a dropdown appears to choose a fund for either fiscal year. But in Rialto the POL defaults to the new fiscal year even if a cart template for the old fiscal year is used. Please align Rialto ordering with Alma and give the choice of using either fiscal year fund.

Please enable filtering within Order History to identify ebooks which have been activated/not activated
We want to be able to identify any titles that remain unactivated so that we can manually resolve (or report) without having to scroll through order history.

Allow for phrase or string searching in Title and Series Title fields
We would like to be able to search for a phrase in quotation marks in the Title and Series Title fields when creating Title Alerts.

adding interested users & location notes when adding to lists
When compiling patron-recommended books in a list for future ordering, we need to be able to add the patrons as interested users, as well as noting specific locations for some books. Currently we can add notes, but in order to do so, we have to put items in a list, then view the list, find the items, and add notes. The enhancement would streamline the process.

Cart values will be available on lists in Q4 2026. This will enable adding interested users to listed items as well as shelving location and internal notes.
Applied values will be retained when moving the item to the cart (or moving from a cart to a list).

Cart values on lists
We'd like to display cart values (Item policy, reporting codes, interested users, cart routing, shelf ready values, notes) on lists. Values applied in the cart would carry over to lists, and if applied in a list they'll carry over the the cart. This will save time when moving items back and forth from lists and carts.
50 votesPlanned for delivery in Q4 2026. Users will be able to assign cart values to items in personal and shared lists. When offers in a cart are moved to a list, the list will retain any assigned cart values.
